Summary: We're looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. The Data Analytics team at Anaconda turns data into direction - translating CRM, product, and financial data into the insights that help our go-to-market, finance, and customer success teams make better decisions, faster. We recently completed a reorg that brought analytics engineering and data science closer together under one function, and we're building on strong existing infrastructure. This role sits at the center of that momentum. You'll own analytical projects end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and help shape how we measure what matters. If you dig into the data to understand the story behind the numbers, this is the work for you. What You'll Do: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses in OMNI and Snowflake that give finance, GTM, and customer success teams clear visibility into performance. Write and optimize SQL queries and dbt models to transform raw CRM and product data into reliable, analysis-ready datasets.
