The Role LeafLink is seeking a Business Operations Associate to work across an array of projects and cross-functional initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations, this role is highly versatile: you'll parachute into different parts of the business, clean up messy flows and processes, and plug into systems to get them running smoothly. You are as comfortable diving into data to find answers as you are rolling up your sleeves to execute directly. You'll leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to shape strategy, drive decisions, and build buy-in across the organization. No task is too small: you don't mind digging into disparate, messy, or incomplete data, and you frequently raise your hand to pick up pr
