Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Master’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Hospital Administration, OR 4 years of data analytics experience required. 2. This position will require an EPIC official designation of “Proficient” within the new hire probationary period. EXPERIENCE: 1. 1 year experience working with relational data base structures including design, testing, troubleshooting problems and/or training. 2. 1 year of experience in data analysis and/or health care planning background. 3. 1 year of experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. 4.
