Business Systems Analyst

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with business users, technology teams, and testing partners to understand system functionality, define and document requirements, and support high-quality delivery of system enhancements. This role requires someone who can quickly learn new applications and business processes, identify how system changes impact users and downstream processes, and contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts. You will help troubleshoot issues, validate system behavior, and ensure solutions meet business, technical, and functional expectations. Business Systems Consultant I: $83,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Quickly learn new systems, business processes, workflows, and data flows to support analysis, documentation, testing, and issue resolution. Partner with business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, user scenarios, process impacts, and acceptance criteria. Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, test plans, test scripts, and other supporting materials throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support quality delivery by performing system validation, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to manual and automated testing for enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
