Calling Specialist

Every day, thousands of commercial projects hits the portal we work from — Nature of the projects can be any project from changing a bulb to providing aircraft maintenance project. Our company stick to the practical, everyday services: commercial cleaning, landscaping, transportation, roof replacement, electrical, plumbing, and others like it. Our job is to match those projects with the right vendors and manage everything in between. Your job : You'd be the person making that match happen. Here's how it works — we hand you a project summary with the location, frequency, required certificates, insurance, and materials. You take that summary, put it in your own words, and explain it to vendors over calls and texts. And here's the best part: you're not selling them anything. You're offering them business for work they already do. On every first call, you'll need to do three things: explain the project, collect the vendor's cell number and business email, and lock in their site visit appointment. That contact info matters — all our follow-ups happen over text, and you'll follow up with each vendor at least 4 times. The numbers : This is a high-volume outbound call role. You'll be making 150–200 calls a day, plus reaching out to project managers and contracting officers.
