Location: Remote, U.S.-based Type: Full-time clinical practicing role Requirements: Must have active Michigan RN license, surrounding states a plus The Role As a Karoo Health Cardiology Nurse Navigator, you'll be a vital clinical resource for our members and their care network, offering triage, support, and education during their cardiology journey via phone, email, and video communication. Under the guidance of our Nurse Team Lead or NP, you'll conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, oversee member health, and facilitate care discussions.
