Case Coordinator – Remote Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour The IMA Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Case Coordinator to support the scheduling and coordination of medical and mental health evaluations. This remote role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare scheduling, case coordination, customer service, or administrative operations who enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a Case Coordinator, you will oversee the referral process from initial case setup through scheduling, documentation, and report delivery. You will serve as an important point of contact for clients, examinees, and evaluating experts while helping ensure each case progresses accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage referrals, pre-referrals, case setup, and evaluation scheduling Prepare service estimates and obtain client approval Communicate with clients, examinees, and medical or mental health experts Coordinate case documentation and support timely report delivery Maintain accurate records using internal case management and telehealth systems Respond to incoming calls and provide professional customer service Provide backup support to other Case Coordinators and assist with departmental projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in case coordination, healthcare scheduling, customer service, or administrative support Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF applications Experience with disability services, employer services, or medical/mental health evaluation scheduling is preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, holidays, and a floating holiday 401(k) with employer matching Company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary benefits Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment assistance Paid parental leave No on-call respon
