Your responsibilities will include conducting benefit investigations, providing patient education, enrolling patients in support programs, and coordinating drug delivery. As an active cross-functional team member, you will help deliver best-in-class services that ensure seamless access to therapy. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. Main Responsibilities: Engage patients and families to build long-term relationships, uncover needs, understand challenges, and provide education and support to initiate or continue therapy; manage complex issues and utilize approved resources to reduce or remove barriers as needed Assist in obtaining insurance approvals for therapy and proactively plan for ongoing coverage maintenance by collaborating with patients, families, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and specialty pharmacies. Enroll eligible patients in financial assistance or gap coverage programs Educate patients, families, and healthcare providers on available patient support services, insurance options, limitations, and requirements; connect patients and families
