The Role: As a Casino Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the casino across multiple brands. Working closely with the Casino Operations Manager and other internal teams, you will be responsible for executing game releases, monitoring player activity, maintaining the casino lobby, and delivering accurate reports. This role ensures smooth operational delivery, compliance with processes, and provides insights that help improve the overall casino experience. Responsibilities: Support game release planning, including preparing game images, configurations, and bonus contribution settings. Update and maintain game weights for new releases, ensuring completion by the end of each working day. Manage casino lobby presentation across platforms, including game rankings, category updates, and removal of disabled games. Regularly update the new game board, ensuring only newly launched titles remain listed. Update live casino repeating thumbnails across brands. Perform daily operational checks, including, big winners reports verification and replay requests, opposite betting checks and escalations when required, free spins usage reporting and analysis. Assist in removing disabled or outdated games across all brands. Provide hands-on support with lobby cleaning, categorization, and issue flagging. Handle first-line escalations for selected brands, escalating unresolved issues to the Casino Operations Manager. Assist with player fraud monitoring by reviewing alerts and r
