THIS IS A PART TIME 6 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE Casting Administrative Coordinator You are: A multi-tasker with strong organizational skills to coordinate/manage all areas of administrative support for the PlayStation Studios Casting, under Worldwide Studios. You are a natural operating in a fast-paced environment and have a seamless ability to communicate with staff members, supporting executives and managing vendors. We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who would be responsible for department support including financial and administrative tasks. This position will work with the casting and talent management professionals to ensure that the department, the games and the staff have what is needed to make some of the most exciting AAA games for PlayStation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Organization and management of incoming bids and invoices submitted by the Casting Production role from all casting vendors (including signatories, recording studios, individual talent, etc.) Processing of invoices including: Requesting PO’s in Coupa Submitting GR’s for completed PO’s Emailing invoices to AP for processing Following up on invoices to ensure that payments are processed and if not, working with AP to solve any issues related to payments/invoi
