THIS IS A PART TIME 6 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE Casting Production Coordinator You are: A multi-tasker with strong project management skills to coordinate/manage all areas of production support for the PlayStation Studios Casting and Talent Management Department, under Worldwide Studios. You are a natural operating in a fast-paced environment and have a seamless ability to communicate with, and support, executives, talent agencies, and a variety of other vendors. We are looking for a Casting Production Coordinator who would be responsible for both financial and production tasks. This position will support with the casting and talent management professionals to ensure that the department, the games and the staff have what is needed to make some of the most exciting AAA games for PlayStation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Maintaining cost trackers for each project in production, including: o Updating the cast lists with contractual obligations (when necessary), i.e. session guarantees, booking requirements, etc. o Recording number of sessions, session type and characters portrayed for each talent from incoming bids/invoices · Sending final bids/invoices to the Administrative Coordinator for final payment processing · Documenting rates for services an
