Purpose of role: The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of critical power generation equipment through advanced vibration monitoring and predictive maintenance strategies. Key Activities: - Perform vibration data collection and analysis on critical rotating equipment. - Conduct infrared thermography inspections on electrical systems (panels, motors, transformers) - Diagnose faults such as imbalance, misalignment, bearing failure, looseness, and electrical issues - Monitor equipment condition in harsh environments (high temperature, dust, continuous operation) - Provide detailed technical reports with actionable recommendations - Support maintenance and operation teams in improving equipment reliability - Participate in root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and reliability improvement initiatives - Working in safe manners, able to identify hazards, managing and reporting to prevent accidents - Leading/participating in a
