This is a hybrid client-facing and product-informing role ideal for a CDI professional who is equally comfortable on the floor of a health system and in a product strategy meeting. Location: Remote Job Responsibilities Assess, design, and implement CDI programs at inpatient facilities Partner with physicians, HIM teams, and clinical staff to drive documentation accuracy and compliance Collaborate with our internal revenue cycle team to identify opportunities for DRG optimization, reduce under-coding, and maximize appropriate inpatient reimbursement Work directly with our engineering team to translate CDI and DRG workflow expertise into product requirements, tes
