POSITION SUMMARY: Lead change management initiatives that support the successful adoption of new technologies, workflows, and operational processes across the organization. Partner with radiologists, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess impacts, drive engagement, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise initiatives. Develop change communications, playbooks, process documentation, and educational resources that promote awareness, alignment, and long-term adoption. Utilize adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven insights to measure effectiveness, mitigate risks, and continuously improve change strategies. Support large-scale organizational initiatives by coordinating implementations, managing stakeholder readiness, and traveling up to 20-25% as needed. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Change Management and/or PMP certification preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong knowledge of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.
