We're looking for a Chapter Lead (Cloud Platform) to provide strategic leadership and technical excellence within our DevOps team. You'll lead a chapter of talented Cloud Platform Engineers, shaping our cloud strategy while building the capability, culture, and engineering practices that enable teams across the airline to deliver with confidence. About the role As a Chapter Lead (Cloud Platform), you will: Provide strategic people leadership across the Cloud Platform Chapter, develop technical capability and support career growth of the team. Define and champion best practices for cloud platform engineering, automation, security, and operational excellence. Drive the evolution of our AWS, GCP and Azure platforms, enabling secure, scalable self-service capabilities for engineering teams. Partner with Product, Security, Architecture, and Engineering leaders to align cloud platform capabilities with business priorities. Lead initiatives that improve platform reliability, performance, governance, developer experience, and cost optimisation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through automation, infrastructure as code, continuous integration, continuous delivery, observability, platform as product, and platform engineering practices. Balance hands-on technical leadership with coaching and mentoring to build empowered, high-performing teams. What we're looking for Proven leadership experience within a Cloud Platform, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering environment.
