Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest, Calscience in Tustin CA is searching for a VOA GC Chemist I to prepare and analyze environmental samples following EPA protocols in adherence with Eurofins Quality Assurance programs and SOP’s. Analyst duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: Prepare water and soil samples for analysis by Purge and Trap Gas Chromatography Evaluate chromatography for qualitative and quantitative criteria Monitor and manage backlog workload to meet client program requirements Upload and peer review data using the laboratory information management system (LIMS) Perform basic instrument maintenance and repair, including column replacement and ion source cleaning Prepare standards and reagents for sam
