About the Role Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFO will provide executive leadership for MAP’s financial strategy, stewardship, accounting operations, treasury, financial planning, compliance, and enterprise risk management. This leader will also serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the President & CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team. This is not a turnaround opportunity. Responsibilities Provide executive leadership for financial operations, accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financial reporting, and long-range financial planning. Ensure compliance with GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, gift-in-kind accounting requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee annual audits, tax filings, internal controls, and enterprise risk management. Partner closely with the President & CEO and Executive Leadership Team on organizational strategy, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
