At a Glance Role: Chief of Party Reports to: Chief Impact Officer/ Sr. Vice President, International Programs Location: Washington, DC preferred or remote Duration: 12 months contract (Limited Term) Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Required. A master’s degree in international development, business administration, non-profit management or related a concentration from an accredited U.S. college or university, or international equivalent preferred.. Minimum 8-10 years of experience serving as Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, Project Director, or similar senior leadership role for publicly funded large humanitarian programs. Experience managing sub-grants and contracts under grants for complex projects. Experience of leading large and diverse teams. Experience working with local, international, and community organizations. Strong understanding of humanitarian coordination mechanisms and UN clusters. Experience leading programs valued at more than USD $100 million. Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A for any employer Travel: Domestic and international travel up to 20%.
