Job Description Summary ‎ Position Summary The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to the Chief Executive Officer, helping maximize executive effectiveness while accelerating execution of Mosaic Health ’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving enterprise coordination, executive operating cadence, strategic execution, transformation initiatives, and executive communications across the organization. Acting as an extension of executive leadership, the Chief of Staff ensures priorities are translated into action, cross-functional teams remain aligned, and critical initiatives are executed with discipline and urgency. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment and possess the judgment, business acumen, and influence required to work effectively across executive leadership, Board members, business unit leaders, and external stakeholders. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy, solving complex operational challenges, and driving flawless execution. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ What You’ll Do Executive Office Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor and operational extension of the CEO, ensuring executive focus remains on the organization’s highest-value priorities. Manage executive priorities by coordinating decisions, tracking commitments, and ensuring timely execution of follow-up actions. Anticipate leadership needs and proactively resolve issues before they require executive intervention. Prepare the CEO for Board meetings, sponsor interactions, customer meetings, investor discussions, and other strategic engagements. Continuously improve executive workflows by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and technology to increase productivity. Executive Leadership Team Effectiveness Own and continuously improve the Executive Leadership Team’s operating cadence. D
