Chief of Staff - Pharmacy Services - CarepathRx - Remote

The Chief of Staff, Pharmacy Services, serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Managing Director of Pharmacy Services. This role is responsible for supporting the execution of key business priorities, driving organizational effectiveness, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment across a complex and evolving healthcare services organization. Working closely with Pharmacy Services leadership and key enterprise partners, the Chief of Staff will help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, track execution against critical initiatives, coordinate leadership activities, and drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, strategic thinker with strong communication, project management, and influence skills who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning & Execution Support the development and execution of Pharmacy Services strategic priorities and annual business objectives. Partner with leaders to translate business goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Monitor progress against key initiatives and provide visibility into risks, dependencies, and opportunities. Support business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning activities. Leadership Team Effectiveness Coordinate operating rhythms for the Pharmacy Services leadership team, including staff meetings, business reviews, and leadership forums. Drive follow-up and accountability for key decisions and action items. Prepare executive presentations, updates, and meeting materials for senior leadership discussions. Help ensure priorities remain aligned and resources are focused on the most critical business needs. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead and coordinate high-priority initiatives that span multiple functions, teams, or business units.
