We are entering an ambitious phase of growth, and we are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead it. This is a rare opportunity to take a board-level commercial role in a modern, AI-forward agency, own our most important client relationships, and build the structure and pipeline that will define our next chapter. The role Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Board, you will own and drive the commercial performance of the business. You will lead new business generation, shape and execute our commercial strategy, and take direct ownership of our highest-value client relationships. You will combine front-line selling and senior client leadership with the discipline to build repeatable, well-run processes that let the firm scale. We are looking for a modern commercial leader: highly organised, technology and AI-forward, and equally comfortable building relationships at the most senior levels of the industry and putting in place the systems that make growth sustainable. What you will do Own the new business agenda, identifying priority targets, defining how we reach them and converting them into long-term clients. Build and lead a structured, disciplined sales process, with accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting. Take direct ownership of our largest and highest-value client relationships, bringing structure, organisation and transparency to how they are run.
