This role requires proven experience across the software ecosystem—directing implementation, integration, verification/validation, and maintenance of complex systems while advising cross-functional teams on requirements, architecture, and test strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior judgment, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills, influence adoption of emerging technologies, and mentor engineering peers to sustain and advance mission-critical capabilities. In this role, the individual will direct the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of vehicle management software, ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards, processes, and regulations. The CSE will provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams—shaping system-level design and architecture, guiding verification/validation and integration, and advising stakeholders on requirements, test plans, and issue resolution.
