Chief Technology Officer & VP of Engineering

Role Overview: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and VP of Engineering is the leader responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology strategy, ensuring the organization’s technical capabilities directly enable business growth, operational scale, and long‑term competitiveness. This role oversees engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and technology operations, while partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to translate business priorities into a coherent technical roadmap. The CTO also partners with IT and AI leaders to ensure the company’s AI strategy is fully supported by the right engineering foundations, data structures, and technical capabilities.
