Role Overview: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and VP of Engineering is the leader responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology strategy, ensuring the organization’s technical capabilities directly enable business growth, operational scale, and long‑term competitiveness. This role oversees engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and technology operations, while partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to translate business priorities into a coherent technical roadmap. The CTO also partners with IT and AI leaders to ensure the company’s AI strategy is fully supported by the right engineering foundations, data structures, and technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Technology & Architecture Strategy — Define the long-term technology vision and architecture standards that support product innovation and operational scale, in partnership with platform leadership. • Management of Short and Long- Range Technology Priorities— Demonstrate leadership in managing the natural tension between near‑term development and long‑horizon research and development, ensuring disciplined prioritization to deliver results across both timelines. • Engineering Leadership — Lead high performing engineering teams with clear expectations, delivery discipline, and strong execution standards. • Technical Design & Security Guidance — Provide direction on technical design and engineering standards, collaborating with platform and IT leaders to ensure alignment with business needs. • AI Partnership & Enablement — Collaborate with IT and AI leaders to ensure engineering, data, and system decisions enable successful AI adoption across the company. • Product & Business Partnership — Partner with Product Groups, Operations, and Go-to-Market leaders to align technology investments with business priorities and customer needs. • Operational Excellence — Implement engineering processes, quality standards, release management, and reliability practices that ensure pre
