About the Role: Setting: Outpatient in Pennsylvania – 100% Remote Flexible Schedule : 40 hrs/week | Mon.-Fri. (some evening hours required) Patient Population : Children and Adolescents (Ages 3-19) Required Clinical Skills: 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents post-independent licensure Experience treating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma, and Disruptive Behavior Disorders Experience in diagnosing ADHD across developmental stages, with familiarity in standardized assessment tools and collateral gathering. Proficiency in evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions. Ability to coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers. Ability to complete suicide risk assessments and safety plans. Preferred (not required): Familiarity with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, and the ability to integrate relevant skills (e.g., mindfulness, distress tolerance, values-ba
