Location : 2200 Ross Avenue Suite 2550 Dallas TX 75201 Responsibilities Lead and manage engineers and technicians. Provide technical oversight and design expertise for pavement, utilities, grading, site improvements, and drainage. Build and manage client relationships while ensuring responsiveness and sound financial performance. Maintain knowledge of local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and applicable design standards. Coordinate and manage in-house and external surveying support. Participate in the community and pursue leadership roles in civic, technical, and professional organizations. Prepare proposals, define scopes and fees, and track project performance. Build and maintain strong working relationships with City departments. Deliver presentations at hearings, Commission meetings, and City Council meetings. Project experience should include: Site design for office, retail, industrial, and institutional developments Residential subdivisions from land acquisition through finished lots Municipal roadway, drainage, and planning projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
