What you will need to do: Supervise and execute Civil site works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules. Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedule requirements. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, client representatives, and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution. Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and approved method statements. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and participate in regular site safety inspections. Monitor construction progress, prepare daily and weekly site reports, and provide progress updates to project management. Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient site execution. Identify, report, and resolve site technical issues, coordinating with the Engineering and QA/QC teams as required.
