As a Claims Specialist, you won't just process paperwork; you will own the day-to-day investigation and management of Cyber, Technology Errors & Omissions, and Miscellaneous Professional Lines claims. We need a driven, highly motivated professional to act as a critical defender of our bottom line and to seamlessly connect the incident response experience with our overarching mission of building true cyber resilience for our clients. The Mission: What you will achieve in the first 6 months In your first six months, you will take total ownership of a dedicated claims portfolio, efficiently conducting investigations, managing negotiations, and applying your expertise in insurance contracts to recommend accurate claim reserves. Moving beyond traditional claims handling, you will collaborate deeply with Resilience's internal security and technology teams to offer policyholders proactive incident response and preventative serv
