We're looking for a Client Administrator to join our Client Delivery team within our Leeds office. As a Client Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client experience. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support throughout the client journey. You will be responsible for managing client records, coordinating business processing activities, supporting meetings and reviews, and helping to drive operational efficiency while building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive support to Financial Planners by working closely with aligned advisers to ensure the smooth management of client relationships, preparation for client meetings, and achievement of positive client outcomes. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, and providing guidance on the use of client portals and digital tools to enhance engagement and service delivery.
