Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Associate to join our team. This individual will be the front line of communication for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and efficiency. You will assist with onboarding, client communications, and daily operational support, acting as a key liaison between our internal teams and our clients. Key Responsibilities You will be taking customer calls, capturing incoming leads, taking orders, and scheduling. appointments, while working from the comfort of your own home. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, or outreach as required. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Support client onboarding, setup, and implementation processes. Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems. Maintain detailed knowledge of client expectations, preferences, and service details. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction. Requirements Qualifications Neutral English accent is required. 1+ years of customer service experience. ·Can type at least 40 wpm. ·Passionate about customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
