As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience. Position Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST- 5:30 PM EST Education Required: Current P&C Producer license Experience Required: 2 Years minimum Job Responsibilities: Optimizing Customer Service and Client Relationships by consistently providing the highest level of professionalism and politeness to optimize customer service Prioritize email responses by thoroughly reviewing and understanding clients' needs to provide accurate and tailored responses Policy Management - Obtain all necessary details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately and efficiently Process payments and provide clear and comprehensive explanations to insured's billing questions Document and process policy cancellations properly Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure for underwriting accuracy as well as identify opportunities for savings Address company recommendations with insureds to meet carrier compliance requirements Navigate agency management system using proper workflows.
