Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Client Success Coordinator Compensation range: $1,000 AUD - $1,200 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role requires 15-20 hours per week. As a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your schedule, but availability for occasional collaboration during AU business hours is preferred (4-5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week, during Australian Business Hours is preferred). Role Overview: The purpose of this role is to coordinate and execute the administration of client programs to ensure they are delivered to an exceptionally high standard. This role includes coordinating and conducting client facing meetings. You will provide critical administrative and operational support to coaches and internal teams, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver transformational experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule client programs Execute the administration of all programs from point of Handover from the sales team to program completion; including client and participant onboarding, scheduling program and stakeholder review sessions, sending out and collecting participant preparation, compiling feedback reports Send program and session preparation, including DISC assessments, program portals and goals to participants on time and follow up to ensure completion by due date Collate all administrative preparation for coaches to support them to be well-prepared for program delivery Partner with coaches to ensur
