Key Responsibilities Perform high‑complexity HLA testing, including: HLA typing (NGS, SSP, RT‑PCR platforms) HLA antibody screening and identification (FlowPRA, Luminex, SAB) Virtual and physical crossmatches Analyze, interpret, and document HLA test results in accordance with ASHI standards Prepare and process clinical and donor specimens (whole blood, serum, DNA, tissues) Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized HLA instruments such as: Luminex platforms NGS sequencers qPCR / amplification instruments Flow cytometers Perform quality
