Overview Clinical Pharmacist - VytlOne Specialty-Remote VytlOne is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our growing Specialty Pharmacy in Lubbock, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist to make a positive impact in the lives of the patients we care for, with a devoted pharmacy operations team. Job Summary The Clinical Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services for specialty pharmacy patients and internal teams in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, policies, and procedures. This role reviews medication therapy for safety and appropriateness, supports prior authorization and utilization review activities, provides patient counseling and drug information, documents assessments and care plans, collaborates with providers and internal teams, and supports quality improvement, compliance, and operational initiatives. The Clinical Pharmacist may also dispense prescribed medications and oversee pharmacy technician activities as permitted by law and assigned by leadership.
