You own our AWS cloud environment, act as a counterpart to our Azure partner, and manage the identity and access services that connect our people, devices, and customers. Beyond the technical work, you play an active role in projects, ensuring that everything we build meets our quality and regulatory standards through structured testing and documentation. 🔧 What You’ll Take On In your role, you will: Support ViCentra’s Azure environment in collaboration with our external Azure partner, who handles day-to-day operations. Contribute to Azure-related projects including SSO setup, user and access configurations, and identity governance, ensuring smooth delivery and clear handover. Translate technical designs into understandable language for business stakeholders, and translate business requirements back into actionable technical requirements for our partners. You manage escalations and when needed are able to jump in to resolve urgent practical IT issues.
