About the role: The Cloud Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's cloud operations, ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of cloud environments supporting both internal systems and customer solutions. This role provides technical leadership, operational governance, and people management for the Cloud Administration function while driving continuous improvement, automation, and cloud best practices. The Cloud Infrastructure Manager will work closely with technical teams, project managers, customer-facing teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality AWS cloud services and support business growth. In this role you will get to: Cloud Operations Management Lead and oversee day-to-day cloud infrastructure operations and service delivery. Manage and support the Cloud Administrator(s) and future cloud team members. Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS environments. Review and approve cloud architecture designs, infrastructure changes, and deployment strategies. Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, and documentation. AWS Infrastructure Governance Oversee management of AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, and related services. Manage multi-account AWS environments and governance frameworks.
