Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud System Administrator to join our team and support our client near Hill AFB, UT. As a Cloud Sys Admin, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on cloud environments. What you’ll do: Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of IT services Proactively troubleshoot incidents, implement solutions to prevent future occurrences, and uphold high standards of security across all platforms Be in regular communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and delivering technical support in a clear and professional manner What you’ll need: 3 years of experience in a Tier I/II/III helpdesk, desktop or systems administrator position Experience with AWS Cloud IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + or other approved certification) Experience with security audits, analysis and/or hardening Bonus Points if you have: Experience in a customer-facing role and collaborating with cross-functional teams Experience with cloud infrastructure management Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks Knowledge of automatio
