Co-op Engineer - Machine Learning and AI Infrastructure

The lab’s mission focuses on advancing artificial intelligence and related fields to benefit the company and society. Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including Next Generation Foundation Model, Agentic Models, Physical AI and Reinforcement Learning. About the job: Develop and maintain software tools and infrastructure for machine learning and AI workflows. Build backend services, APIs, automation tools, and system integrations. Support large-scale experiment execution, evaluation, and data processing workflows. Debug technical issues and improve system reliability, performance, and usability. Work with researchers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into practical software solutions. Communicate with internal users, collect feedback, and occasionally provide technical support for developed tools. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. The total target annual compensation for this position ranges from $58,000 to $104,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
