OVERVIEW: The COE Enablement Specialist owns and drivessome of Quartile 's most critical enablement infrastructures: Quartile Academy, the Knowledge Hub,the partner certification program, and the CSM Skill Assessment and proprietary certification framework. This roleoperateswith significant autonomy, takes end-to-end accountability for program outcomes, and acts as a senior enablement partner to CS leadership, COE team members, and cross-functional stakeholders. The Specialist brings 4–6 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, or learning program management in a fast-paced, complex environment. They design, not just execute. They are equally comfortable building governance frameworks from scratch, shaping curriculum strategy, designing assessment architecture, and influencing senior stakeholders on adoption.
