You will… OWN the end-to-end invoicing and collection process, from issuing invoices through to payment or escalation. MANAGE accounts receivable and actively recover current and aged outstanding debts. DRIVE the recovery of current and aged debts by confidently following up with clients through phone and email. RESOLVE invoice disputes and billing issues by working closely with clients and internal teams. MAINTAIN accurate accounts receivable records and ensure client balances are correctly reconciled in Xero. SUPPORT BAS and IAS preparation, Australian payroll, credit card and bank reconciliations, and other Australian compliance requirements. ASSIST the wider Finance team with accounts payable, financial reporting, and bookkeeping when required. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements The right fit for this role is HUNGRY and AMBITIOUS with: 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in accounts receivable, debt collection, invoicing, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role. PROVEN EXPERIENCE owning end-to-end invoicing and collections, including the recovery of current and aged debts. STRONG EXPERIENCE using Xero for invoicing, accounts receivable, credit card and bank reconciliations. WORKING KNOWLEDGE of Australian bookkeeping and compliance, including BAS, IAS,
