The role As a Commercial Customer Success Manager at Tavily, you will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our growing base of commercial customers. You'll own the full post-sale lifecycle, from onboarding and activation through adoption, renewal, and expansion, ensuring customers consistently realize value from Tavily's AI-powered search platform. In this role, you'll manage a high-velocity book of business, balancing personalized engagement with scalable, programmatic outreach.
