Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and execute electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as per project procedure, ADNOC standards, and applicable IEC codes. Review single line diagrams, control schematics, cable schedules, and electrical layouts to confirm readiness for commissioning. Conduct inspection, testing, and energization of electrical systems including transformers, switchgear (LV/MV/HV), MCCs, motors, UPS, lighting, and earthing systems . Lead/Perform insulation resistance, continuity, functional, and interlock testing and maintain proper test records. Coordinate with design, construction, and instrumentation teams to ensure system completion and punch list closure . Ensure safe energization of electrical equipment following company and ADNOC Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures . Supervise subcontractor commissioning teams, ensuring compliance with project safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system faults during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases. Prepare and submit commissioning reports, test packs, red-line drawings, and turnover documentation . Support the handover process to the Operations team and assist during performance testing.
