You'll join Hostinger's Automation team and own the mission of eliminating repetitive manual work — across every team in the company: People, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, Engineering, and more. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role. You won't be buried in one team's backlog. You'll move across Hostinger — talking to stakeholders, mapping how work actually gets done, and turning the most painful manual processes into reliable, scalable automations. Teams will come to you with recurring problems and no idea where to start. Your job: run discovery, ask the right questions, prioritise by impact, and build (or help others build) the right solution.
