The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Complex Liability Claims Adjuster to manage high-exposure general liability and excess liability claims involving significant financial exposure, complex coverage issues, and litigation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, advanced coverage expertise, and the ability to effectively manage claims through resolution while partnering with defense counsel, insureds, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability and Excess Liability claims, including high-exposure bodily injury, property damage, catastrophic losses, and litigated matters. Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and exposure to develop effective claim strategies. Establish, maintain, and adjust reserves in accordance with company guidelines and best practices.
