About the Position: The Compliance and Ethics Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis and providing strategic recommendations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and enhance processes across the Company. Analyze data to support the development, revision, and enforcement of company policies in compliance with legal and industry standards. Develop actionable solutions consistent with current federal, state and local laws, industry regulations, and company policies. Prepare detailed memos outlining policy updates and their implications for internal stakeholders. Maintain the company’s document and policy management system, overseeing the lifecycle of policies from creation through implementation, and ensuring follow-up as necessary.
