Job Summary: Independence American Insurance Co is seeking an Associate Regulatory Compliance Specialist who will report to the Director, Compliance. The Associate Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for end-to-end support of regulatory change management process; including monitoring the regulatory landscape for new and changed laws; analyzing laws, and communicating regulatory changes to applicable areas within the organization. Responsible for tracking implementation evidence of compliance related to communicated laws. Supports compliance investigations and reviews, tracking all relevant documentation.
