This is a high-impact role at the intersection of field safety leadership, contractor management, and mission-critical construction. You’ll be accountable for keeping workers safe from groundbreaking through energization, commissioning, and turnover. Key Responsibilities Set construction safety standards across the build program. Hold GCs, partners, and subcontractors to Keel safety standards. Direct risk assessment, job planning, and safety performance of construction projects. Direct controls for high-risk work: heights, energized electrical and arc flash, lockout/tagout, confined space, critical lifts, excavation, silica, and heat. Govern safe energization and commissioning (NFPA 70E, energized-work permits, LOTO). Run site audits and drive corrective actions to closure. Vet and qualify contractors before award, tracking safety history, EMR, and performance
