Consultant, Technical Services - Eightfold and Workday

Job Description: The Consultant, Technical Services supports the implementation and delivery of technology solutions across The Groove’s Eightfold and Workday practices. This role will primarily focus on Eightfold implementations and AI-enabled talent solutions while also supporting Workday engagements based on client and business needs. This is a great opportunity for an early-career Workday consultant who is interested in expanding their experience into Eightfold and the rapidly evolving AI and talent technology space. The Consultant will work alongside experienced functional and technical team members, participate in client-facing delivery, and build expertise across both platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support Eightfold implementations, including configuration, integrations, testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and deployment activities. Develop expertise in the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform and its recruiting, talent management, and AI-enabled capabilities. Support Workday project activities based on certification, experience, and client needs. Partner with functional consultants, technical resources, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and support solution delivery. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution. Support system and integration testing, document results, identify issues, and assist with resolution through deployment. Assist with integrations, data validation, reporting, and other technical activities across Eightfold and Workday projects.
