What is The Role You will have the opportunity to work with tremendous Services, Engineering and Sales teams and wear many hats. This is a critical role, as Consultants have an amazing chance to make an immediate impact on the success of Elastic and our customers. What You Will Be Doing We are looking for a delivery architect that demonstrates visionary leadership by orchestrating and implementing Elastic solutions, generating customer business value from our products. Grouping responsibilities in the following areas: Assess and Design Thoroughly analyze and understand customer business pain points and intricate technical challenges Gather requirements in complex enterprise customer environments Master Elastic solution architectural design on platforms integrating with other enterprise technologies Create and build out customer road maps Demonstrate technical authority by proficiently articulating complex technical solutions in clear language, effectively persuading the audience to embrace recommended best practices while presenting and delivering Elastic's optimal solutions.
