Where You Will Work: Remote role open to candidates residing in Washington (WA) or Oregon (OR). (Branches) Pay Range: The target annual pay range for this position is $93,456 - $106,200. The full annual pay range is $84,960 - $127,440. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance ba sed and targets vary by role. Job Overview: This position is responsible for ensuring the comprehensive assessment and underwriting of a variety of consumer loan products, including but not limited to auto loans, secured and unsecured lines of credit, and recreational vehicle financing. What You’ll Do: Analyzes loan applications, credit bureau reports, collateral evaluation, member account data, financial statements, tax returns, and other loan documentation to make, lending decisions on a variety of loan products in conformance with, fair lending, regulatory compliance, and established credit union policies and procedures. Reviews loans to ensure accuracy and effectively communicate with the consumer lending team, branches, dealer and merchant partners regarding credit decisions. Fosters and maintains positive relationships with dealer and merchant partners through verbal and written communication Keeps current with knowledge of lending product upda
