Monday- Friday 12p-9p Essential Job Functions Quickly analyze account history on a proprietary computer system and provide accurate information to assist in one-call resolution Perform insurance verifications via outbound calls and the internet Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining good attendance and dependability Show courtesy and professionalism on all calls to ensure a positive customer experience Qualifications Strong customer service orientation with active listening skills and a high attention to detail Professional verbal and written skills Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures Ability to type a minimum of 25WPM Intermediate computer skills Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of customer service experience Prior experience with auto insurance or collateral protection insurance a plus US Work Authorization US Work Authorization required.
